If you see errors upon opening a report which previously worked without errors, something has probably changed in your environment.
Make sure you have the most recent updates and service packs of Windows and Office, then reinstall the same version of MasterMine from your installation file (if you still have it), reboot, then try again.
If you are current on MasterMine maintenance, you have the following options as well:
1. Download the current build of the same version of MasterMine, available on our website at www.mastermine.net
2. Download the most recent version of the software, install and re-license, and try again.
3. Call for free technical support during business hours, 877-877-7212 option 2.
