We just upgraded from GoldMine 6.7 to 7.0 and now when I open MasterMine, it gives me a message ""Sorry the current MasterMine serial number is not valid for this GoldMine installation. Please try again..."" The GoldMine Serial Number then pops up and it matches our serial number and the MasterMine serial number is also the correct one. Can you please help me with this? Thanks!",

GoldMine's serial number convention changed in ver 7 and also PE (ver 8). MasterMine's licensing is based on GoldMine's licensing so when you changed GoldMine versions MasterMine see's the GoldMine serial number as being wrong. If you send us an email with your new GoldMine serial number we will issue you new MasterMine license numbers.
