Answer

While loading MasterMine for QuoteWerks, this error indicates that the application is already running in memory.

If you look in the windows taskbar and don't see MasterMine for QuoteWerks already running, try using Task Manager, look for an instance of MasterMine, and "End Process" before attempting to run MasterMine again.
