There are two ways to include past revisions in reports:
1. If you are building a new report, you have the option (at the lower left of the report creation dialog) to check the box to "Include early revisions".
2. If you are already in a report that's built, in Excel, on the MMTools ribbon, click "Add Field" and select the "Revisions" field to include it.
Then edit the query (click "Edit Query" on the MMTools ribbon) and remove the phrase "and QH.Superceeded = 0 " in the 'Where clause' at the end of the query.
